Pitch for a free ValuesJam card deck
The ValuesJam Deepdive Conversations series uses a donation model so that people can attend for free if they want to and can also make a donation. These donations mean that for 2024, we can offer 10 free ValuesJam card decks for people who want to create a series of values-led conversations in their community as part of the World Values Day 2024 celebrations.

Who are you?
I am star dust on a human journey, yet I know people still want the list of what I have achieved. I am a personal growth coach for women engineers, a three times empowerment author, applied scientist, former aerospace engineer, TEDx speaker and master coach, a kindness consultant, and a LinkedIn Top Voice Influencer.
What I have learned is that there is a connection between what you believe about yourself and how you show up in the world. And, that the most important personal growth lesson is to learn to understand your strengths and your weaknesses, this is what will empower you to be your authentic self. It’s only through inner reflection and expanded self-awareness do we reach our highest potential.
So the real answer to the question is, I am love.
What are your core values?
Love, Kindness and Respect. There are only two emotions Love and Fear. We have a choice every moment to see love in everyone and every thing we encounter. That is the beauty we get to bring every day. Couple that with kindness and respect, we start to build a platform of positive energy where everyone matters, everyone has a voice and everyone is connected.
Why did you join the ValuesJam community?
The ValuesJam card deck is a simple and elegant way to make a positive impact on others. It’s a way to hold space for others to shine whether it’s a family gathering or a mastermind group. I believe each of us has the potential to positively impact others through our values.
ValuesJams allow strangers to become friends in a matter of minutes and that’s a very powerful energy!
How are you using/planning to use your ValuesJam card decks?
I work with corporate groups to bring values into the conversation during full day conferences. We use the ValuesJam cards as a three activity event; the opening is like an icebreaker, at lunch it’s a way to share ideas and get to know new people and their values and as a closer it helps wrap up the days’ discussion. Extremely engaging and highly praised by senior leaders.

How could more LOVE improve the world?
Love is an age old energy we all embody. If each person chose love over fear, the positive vibrations from just that one choice would exponentially change the collective vibration of all mankind. It only takes one person, making one choice, each moment, to build a wave of love that would become a ripple that could move us closer to peace in our lifetime.
