ValuesJam support for World Values Day 2025
The ValuesJam Deepdive Conversations series uses a donation model so that people can attend for free if they want to and can also make a donation. All proceeds go towards supporting World Values Day activities.
These donations mean that, this year, we can offer 10 free ValuesJam card decks for people who want to create a series of Values-led conversations in their community and as part of the World Values Day 2025 celebrations. UK, US, Australia and Canada shipping costs are covered and the cost for other overseas destination shipping.

Jenny Haase
Who are you?
My name is Jenny Haase and I make my home in Utah in the U.S., where I enjoy spending time in Nature and the beautiful mountains surrounding me. I’ve had the great fortune of being the daughter of Bob and Jean Hendricksen, and the mother of Taylor, Chelsea and Ashley Haase. I have spent my career in Leadership/Organizational Development, primarily in the areas of Client/Employee Experience, Event Design, and C-Suite Business Support Partner.
As the founder of “Kindness from the Heart,” I believe that even a seemingly small act of kindness can unleash an energy that ripples in ways unimagined … touching countless lives and transcending generations. I am an international speaker and a kindness ambassador and collaborator. My mission is to share a compelling vision for creating a Legacy of Kindness. I’m excited to be publishing a sweet and engaging children’s book soon (The Buzz About Kindness), a wonderful collaboration with Alan Williams and my mother Jean, who passed away recently at the age of 96.
What are your core values?
It is difficult for me to drill down to just a handful of values, when so many resonate deeply and provide my guiding light! I’ve only been able to narrow the field to Kindness, Well-being, Connection, and Excellence because I see these values as embodying a number of other values that I treasure.
For example, for me, under the umbrella of Kindness are the values of Compassion, Empathy, Service, Gratitude, Respect and Equality (to name a few). Well-being embodies Health, Faith/Spirituality, Safety and Love. Key to Connection for me are the values of Family, Friendship, Community, Collaboration, Honesty and Nature. And Excellence includes Creativity, Learning and Positive Impact.
Why did you join the ValuesJam community?
I joined the ValuesJam community because I care deeply about living a values-guided life, and I enjoy having meaningful conversations exploring various values and how they can enrich our lives.
How are you using your ValuesJam card deck?
The ValuesJam card deck is a great tool for periodically reviewing my own core values, and for reflecting on the ways that I am … or am possibly not … living in harmony with those values. (For example, when I deeply value spending time in Nature, how can I sometimes let far too much time pass without nourishing my soul in this way?!) The cards can also be a helpful catalyst to learn more about those that I hold dear, as well as people I am just getting to know.
Fave rock n roll moment of magic from a ValuesJam session?
In my 1:1 ValuesJam session with Alan, I was delighted to randomly select the Compassion card (so close to the Kindness card!) and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. First was my friend Laura Elmquist and her teenage daughter Anelise who explored with Alan the value of Risk Taking. How could more KINDNESS improve the world?
Kindness is a superpower. It produces health benefits for both body and mind! It stimulates serotonin, which helps heal our wounds. It also promotes happiness—not just in the giver and receiver, but also in those who witness it. Kindness boosts oxytocin, which promotes connection, trust, and generosity while boosting our immune systems. And people who practice kindness regularly have less of the stress hormone Cortisol and tend to age more slowly.
Kindness brings a profound sense of abundance, joy, gratitude and wellbeing … into our lives and into our communities. At this moment, humanity needs much more kindness – to Self, to Others, and to the Planet! I truly believe that kindness is key to sustainable wellness!
